Unlike other bamboo pillows, this bamboo pillow memory foam has a dust-proof and hypoallergenic breathable inner cover, which effectively extends the service life of the memory foam core. The outer cover is washable so you can put it into the machine wash, the memory foam pillow is not suitable to be washed but if you wish to freshen the pillow up, place it in a well-ventilated place avoid direct sunlight. This pillow is naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens such as mold dust mites, and other bacteria. In case you experience an odor which is a "Fresh Foam" odor, please note this is not harmful. The odor should dissipate several days later after the pillow is unpacked and aired out.
